Angela was AWESOME! I live in California and had to short sell my home in Nevada. Living 500 miles away made it necessary to blindly pick a short sale agent. I liked that Angela was Cpde certified and her reviews were good. My first phone conversation with her lasted and hour and a half. She explained the short sale process, answered all of my questions, and had great empathy for what I was going through. During the short sale process, Angela was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond her duties by dealing with an irate neighbor, difficult new owner, and finding an auction house to take care of my belongings. Her use of Docu-Sign made the legal transactions efficient and easy - no Fedex'ing things back and forth! My short sale was completed in 2 months! No horror stories, no complications, no worries - all because Angela's expertise, experience, and knowledge of the short sale process. I would recommend her in a heart beat!

I felt Angela was a God send for me as my Aunt had passed away and I didn't have any idea how to sell my Aunt's home that was given to me . I was having to go back to my home state Ohio and she did all the showing and selling the house. It was sold in 3 months from the time it was put on the market. So I would highly recomend her to anybody that is wanting to sell their home.

We want to say a Big Mahalo to Angela Hernandez for all the help she gave Tom in his ventures to find our new place in NV. She picked him up and took him back to where he was staying each day.
